Posters posters everywhere

I would like to apologise fpr my lack of blogging in recent weeks but as the title fails to suggest I have been very busy, mainly designing posters...I may try and display some of them on bloger but somone will have to teach me how. Sadly little has changed since my last post except that I must wait till the ed of the month to order more stationary as I have apparently spent too much moey :(

Speaking of Stationary. I took my fathers advice and requested 'freebees' from the lovely people at Viking and now ("I'm covered in bees - he he he - private joke) I am the proud owner of a tea-set with 2 cups, 2 spoons a tea pot and coffee maker -woohooo.

Hmm...I am lacking in Inspiration and should probably appear to be working when Mark arrives rather than using his computer to write this post - which has been a bit of a boring one - Sorry. I shall try to have an adventure before I post next..or just make something up.

Sticky foot bugs

Today was my second day at redthread and I tidied a whole cupboard the walk-in one so that you can actually walk in it! VERY EXCITING! But to talk about the sticky foot bugs...I discovered today the wonders of stationary magazines and the power of being in admin...I discovered that you can buy those cool fluffy bug things with the sticky feet and personalised ribbons for relatively cheap amounts of money! I want them!

Well I resisted the urge to buy bugs...(mark wouldn't let me!) and spent over £100 on CDs, diaries and other useful things.
After work I went to help run the third place cafe for youth in dulwich which was manic but great fun and I talked to loads of crazy people and drank milkshakes and stuff.

This evening I went to church to a Kingdom First Meal and saw lots of my good friends and discussed school and what we are going to wear to a meal tomorrow. All deeply important stuff of course.

So is it obvious that I haven't had the most exciting of days but I promise a more thrilling installment after the events of tomorrow as my stationary should have arrived!

Jess

ps.Chris said I should mention that infact redthread have almost 300 videos
pps. ALSO EXCITING my stationary comes with a free backpack!

day1 at redthread

As the title suggests today was my first day working at redthread and I had a fantastic time. I arrived in Lewisham to discover that none of the bus stops on the high street were in use as they were apparently resurfacing the roads. I saw no signs of either workers or machinery however I happily wandered around lewisham walking my bus route until I discovered a stop that was in use. It took me 90 minutes to get to Dulwich in the end.. which is lucky as that was just the amount of time I had given myself. Even with the delays I was still the first to arrive and had to loiter in the corridor waiting for someone who could open the offices.

EXCITING EVENT NO1. Jess was given a key to her office!!!

I did a lot of work today including arranging my new mug on my desk, tidying half a walk-in-cupboard, noting all the videos (over 200) that redthread own and sorting all the little metal filing things.

EXCITING EVENT NO2. Jess goes back to school

I have now finally returned all the choral music from last term which I forgot on the last day thus blemishing my previously spotless record! ah well...they still seemed pleased to see me!

Obviously this is a rather shortened version of my day but I am about to type up the names of over 200videos and want to leave myself plenty of time so that I don't get to bed too late.
Night all
Jess
